Meat And Noodle Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground sausage
    1 onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. crushed dried basil leaves
    3/4 c. tomato paste
    3 c. water
    1 can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
    2 c. wide noodles
    3 Tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a large skillet lightly brown beef and sausage.
    Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, tomato paste, water and mushrooms. Stir well and add noodles.
    Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring gently two or three times with a fork.
    Before serving, stir in Blue cheese and walnuts.
    Serve from skillet.
    Serves 6.
