Huckleberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups berries
    3/4 cup water
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch (4 Tbsp. if using frozen berries)
    1 small Cool Whip
    1 cooled 9 inch pie crust
Preparation
    Place
    1 cup berries, sugar, water, cornstarch and lemon juice in sauce pan. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes until smooth and clear. Cool slightly.
    Place 3 cups berries on cool pie crust. Add the cooked mixture. Cool and serve with
    Cool Whip.
