Chocolate Satin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Carnation milk
2 egg yolks
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet morsels
1 prepared 8-inch chocolate crumb crust
whipped cream (optional)
chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Whisk together evaporated milk and egg yolks in 2-quart saucepan.
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly.
Do not boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in morsels until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is very smooth.
Pour into crust.
Chill until firm. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts.
