Stir-Fry Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 (5 oz.) cans chunk white chicken
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. canned green peas
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. pimentos, diced
    1 tsp. seasoned pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet cook onions in oil for 1 minute.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Makes 6 servings.
