Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 eggs, beaten well
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can Mexican corn
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Preparation
    Add butter, cottage cheese, salt, onion, corn and broccoli to beaten eggs, then gradually add corn bread mix.
    Moisten well. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
