Cherry Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
cherry juice, drained from small bottle of cherries (add to milk)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped cherries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add eggs and milk and cherry juice.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add cherries and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
