Texas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix together margarine, water and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Mix flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream, salt and soda together into another bowl. When first mixture comes to a boil, pour into sugar-flour mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour.
