Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato paste
2 cans water
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
1 small can black olives, chopped
12 tortillas
Preparation

Saute meat and onion until brown.
Drain excess fat.
Break meat into small pieces.
Add next five ingredients and simmer 50 minutes.
Pour into colander to separate meat from juice.
Add olives to meat.
Dip each tortilla in sauce.
Put meat on tortilla and roll.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
