Busy Day Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can water
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    chow mein noodles (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat oil in frying pan.
    Saute ground beef and onion until onion is tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into a well-greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake for 1 hour, or until rice is tender and mixture is bubbly. Sprinkle chow mein noodles over top.
