Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken fryer thighs
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip reduced calorie salad dressing (don't use mayo)
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/2 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken.
    Brush chicken with salad dressing. Coat with combined remaining ingredients.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
