Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter.
    Blend in flour and salt. Add liquid from mushrooms.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
    Mix mushrooms, water chestnuts and peas in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Spoon sauce over.
    Mix gently.
    Sprinkle stuffing mix over.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
