Bacon And Tomato Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 tomato, peeled and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
Preparation
    Combine 7 ingredients in container of an electric mixer. Process on high 1 minute or until smooth.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
    Yield:
    1 3/4 cups.
