Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk (add 1 Tbsp. vinegar)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together in bowl.
    Add the boiling water using a spoon not the mixer.
    When mixed, pour in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
    Test with toothpick for doneness.
