Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (9-inch) pie shell, uncooked
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine butter, sugar and corn syrup.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
Cool; add eggs, vanilla and salt.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell and top with pecan halves.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minute or until knife inserted comes out clean.
