Dijon Sauce For Steaks And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 c. red cooking wine
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add mushrooms and saute until tender.
    Add cooking wine and mustard and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over cooked steaks or chicken just prior to serving.
    Serves 2.
    Can be made ahead and reheated.
