Fish Flair - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock or flounder fillets
    3/4 c. French salad dressing
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 slices mild cheese, diced
Preparation
    Marinate fish in salad dressing for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Broil, bottom side up, until slightly brown, 5 or 6 minutes.
    Combine crumbs and cheese.
    Put on fish, right side up.
    Broil for about 7 minutes.
