Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
12 large marshmallows
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 c. pineapple juice
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine Jell-O and boiling water.
Stir until completely dissolved.
Add marshmallows and let melt.
Add pineapple juice. Mix and chill until partially set.
Add pineapple, cottage cheese and nuts, then fold in whipped cream.
Pour into favorite mold and refrigerate.
