Pasta With Camembert And Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz.) Camembert cheese, rind removed and torn in irregular pieces
1/2 c. clean fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely minced
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
3/4 lb. pasta (spiral, spinach, any shape or color)
freshly grated Parmesan
Preparation

Combine tomatoes, Camembert, basil, garlic, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper in a serving bowl.
Prepare at least 2 to 3 hours before serving and set aside, covered, at room temperature.
