Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. bitter chocolate powder
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 egg whites
    2 pinches cream of tartar
Preparation
    Melt honey and chocolate over a low flame.
    Beat egg whites fast.
    Add cream of tartar and beat until egg whites are stiff. Quickly fold in chocolate mixture.
    Pour into dessert dishes and refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours.
    Makes 3 servings.
