Cottage Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Butter
1/2 c. Cottage Cheese
2 Tbsp. Vanilla
2 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
3 - 4 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
Preparation

Soften Butter and blend with Cottage Cheese until creamy and fluffy.
Add Vanilla and gradually add Sugar; beating until well blended.
Add Eggs.
Mix well.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Blend well.
Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes or until delicately brown.
