Cookie Crust Pie Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour, sifted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine flour, sugar and lemon peel in medium bowl.
    Cut in margarine with pastry blender.
    Stir in egg yolk and vanilla.
    Mix until well blended.
