Baked Onions With Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium onions
    1/2 lb. beef liver
    10 slices bacon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped, crisp celery
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    bread crumbs, buttered
Preparation
    Place liver in boiling water for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
    Remove skin and chop in food chopper or food processor.
    Chop bacon in small chunks and fry until crisp. Mix liver, bacon, celery and seasonings.
