Onion Honey Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large sweet Spanish onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Peel and thinly slice onion, separating into rings.
Should measure 3 to 4 cups rings.
In skillet, cook onion rings in butter or margarine, until soft, but not browned.
Add sugar and honey. Cook slowly until onions are glazed and liquid is well cooked down.
Serve warm with meat of any type.
Makes 4 servings.
