Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boned chicken breasts (cutlet)
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    fresh ginger (1-inch cube), chopped
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 fresh hot green chili, finely sliced
    2 Tbsp. chopped Chinese parsley
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    bread crumbs
    oil (enough for 1/4 inch in skillet)
Preparation
    Four to 24 hours before cooking, marinate chicken.
    Place the garlic, ginger, onion, green chili, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender.
    Add a tablespoon of water and blend to a smooth paste.
    Prick chicken all over with a fork.
    Pour the marinade paste over chicken and rub into the pieces.
    Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
