Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. rice
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    12 eggs
    1 to 2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In double boiler, add water, rice and salt.
    Let cook until rice absorbs water (2 hours).
    After 2 hours, add in separate bowl the sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix.
    Add this mixture to rice and stir for 5 minutes.
