Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breast (cut)
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    Italian seasoning
    large jar Chi Chi's mild salsa
    Spanish rice (box mix)
Preparation
    Cut chicken breast into pieces.
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Add chicken.
    Cook until chicken is white on both sides.
    Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning to taste.
    Pour in salsa.
    Cover and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
    Cook Spanish rice according to package.
    Pour chicken over rice.
