Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. light cream
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell with high fluted edges
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, salt and spice; beat well. Blend in pumpkin. Add cream and beat well. Pour into pie shell. Bake in oven preheated to 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool. Garnish with whipped cream.
