Harvest Cinnamon Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces or use 18 oz. frozen green beans
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    dash of pepper
    green onion fanned top (optional)
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole, combine fresh or thawed green beans, water, onion, bouillon granules and cinnamon.
    Microcook, uncovered, on High, until beans are crisp-tender (15 to 20 minutes for fresh or 10 to 12 minutes for thawed), stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking.
    Drain bean mixture, reserving 1 teaspoon of liquid.
