Mississippi Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 sm. can creamed style corn
    1 chipped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Pour mix into a 9 X 11 baking dish or pan that has been sprayed. Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown. (Slightly brown on top and sides. Test.)
