Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine; add the broccoli, cheese, mushroom soup, water, Minute rice and water chestnuts.
    Put into greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 at least 40 minutes.
