Japanese Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. minced scallions
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
    In a bowl, combine all other ingredients.
    Add chicken and mix well.
    Let stand 30 minutes or longer.
    Thread on skewers and grill or boil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until well browned.
    Do not overcook.
    Makes 4 servings.
