Lemon Curd - cooking recipe

2 lemons
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 eggs
Preparation

Melt margarine and sugar.
Add juice and grated rinds of lemons.
Add well-beaten eggs.
Stir over a low heat until it thickens.
Pour into warmed clean jars.
Cover and label.
