Ingredients

4 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. water
1 c. seedless golden raisins
2 onions (small to medium)
2 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except pineapple.
Stir well.
Cook over medium heat, uncovered, 15 to 30 minutes or until cranberry skins pop.
Stir in pineapple tidbits.
Reduce heat.
Cook an additional 30 to 45 minutes, stirring often.
Yield:
3 pints. Keeps well in refrigerator.
