Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/3 c sugar
    3 c scalded milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    Cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine eggs, salt and sugar.
    Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into custard cups.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Place in pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes or until knife can cut center.
    For large mold bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
