Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1 1/2 c. black walnuts
Preparation
    Combine Wesson oil, sugar and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Now, add flour, soda and salt.
    Stir in buttermilk.
    Add bananas and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
