Zesty Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    3/4 lb. ground turkey
    1 3/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    3 c. washed, torn, lettuce leaves
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Mexican style diced tomatoes, drained
    1 can rinsed, drained pinto beans
    2/3 c. chopped peeled cucumber
    1/3 c. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
    1/4 c. chopped red onion
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    12 non-fat tortilla chips
Preparation
    Combine oil and garlic in small bowl, let stand 1 hour at room temperature.
