Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box cherry Jell-O
    1 can cranberry sauce (not whole)
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Melt Jell-O in 2 cups water (hot).
    Add cranberry sauce; mash up with hands.
    Put 1/2 in a 6 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
    Let jell in refrigerator.
    When completely jelled, spread sour cream over the jelled cranberry mixture.
    Add the remainder of the unjelled.
    Cover and refrigerate.
