Nathan'S Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour into a buttered, 9 x 9-inch pan or casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until the cheese melts (about 10 minutes).
    Serves 8 to 10.
    Makes a quick and easy delicious side dish.
