Bombay Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. oleo
1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. diced, cooked turkey or chicken
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

Melt butter. Add curry.
Heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in onion and saute. Add flour, salt and pepper.
Add broth.
Cook and stir until it boils.
Cook 2 minutes longer. Add turkey and lemon peel.
Heat to boiling.
Serve over rice.
