Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift flour with sugar, salt, soda and cocoa.
Add mayonnaise, water and vanilla.
Blend well.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Frost with white or chocolate frosting.
Great when you're out of eggs or oil.
