Waldorf Astoria Rolls(Easy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. lukewarm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. margarine or butter
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Add yeast to warm water to dissolve. Add sugar, salt and well beaten eggs to melted butter. Stir in flour. Mix thoroughly (this is soft dough). Cover with wax paper.
Place in refrigerator overnight (or longer).
Divide into 3 equal parts. Roll as for pie crust, 1/4-inch thick.
Cut into wedges.
Roll up beginning with wide edge.
Put on greased pan.
Let rise 2 to 3 hours. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Makes 24 to 30 rolls.
