Noodles Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. dairy sour cream (do not use low-fat)
    1/2 c. milk
    12 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a saucepan, mix butter, sour cream and milk and heat until mixture is almost boiling.
    Remove from heat and add Cheddar cheese and salt and pepper.
    Pour over hot noodles.
    Serve immediately or microwave later until heated through.
    Serves 6.
