Rum Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large egg
    2 to 3 Tbsp. dark rum, 1 Tbsp. rum extract or 1 tsp. light molasses
Preparation
    Melt butter; add sugar and egg.
    Mix well.
    Microwave on medium.
    Stir and scrape down sides for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes until sugar dissolves and sauce thickens.
    Stir in rum.
    Serve warm.
