Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 can bamboo shoots, chopped
1 can bean sprouts, chopped
2 to 3 c. cut-up chicken (I use canned)
1 can chow mein noodles
soy sauce to taste
Preparation

Mix soup together; chop other ingredients, reserving all liquid.
Add remaining ingredients except noodles.
Add reserved liquid to make desired consistency.
Heat on low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
Take off and serve after adding soy sauce to taste.
Serve over rice.
