Smothered Chicken-Country Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    salt
    flour
    4 to 5 slices bacon
    1/2 medium onion, sliced
    celery leaves
Preparation
    Cut up chicken, salt, roll each piece in flour and place in roaster.
    Layer bacon, onion and celery leaves on top.
    Cover with water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
