Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Blend with 1/2 cup milk.
Add 1 1/2 cups milk and pudding mix; beat slowly with mixer for about 1 minute. Pour at once into graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
Chill at least 1 hour.
