Jello Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 c. rhubarb (10 to 12 c. okay)
    9 c. sugar
    2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    4 small or 2 large pkg. Jell-O (raspberry, strawberry, orange, etc.)
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Let set for 30 minutes.
    Bring to boil and cook for 12 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Jell-O. Stir thoroughly and skim.
    Put in hot jars.
    Wax or seal as desired.
