Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 16 oz. bag frozen vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower) thawed and drained
1 10.75 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. diced pimento, drained
1 2.8 oz. Durkee french fried onions
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except 1/2
cup cheese and 1/2 can Durkee onions. Pour into shallow 1 quart baking dish. Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 15 minutes until browned.
