Low-Fat Linguini And Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams (undrained)
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    8 oz. eggless linguini, cooked
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil until golden brown.
    Add water, clams with liquid, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 15 minutes or until clams are tender.
    Add sauce to cooked pasta.
    Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
