Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut for frying
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. butter
Preparation

Dip chicken pieces in mixture of flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Melt fat in shallow baking pan in hot (400\u00b0) oven. Remove pan from oven.
Place floured chicken in pan, turning to coat with butter.
Leave skin side down.
Keep chicken in single layer.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
Serves 4.
